Format
1) Ensure that you refer to the APA format paper that I had sent (reattached here) for the way APA paper is formatted (title page, level headings, reference format etc.). I had also made comments in your Learning Project 1 paper, please refer to them for feedback.
2) Paper needs to be 10-15 pages (not counting title and reference pages. Please do not include extra spaces to stretch the page length or change the margin. APA format is 1 inch margin on all sides.
3) Paper needs to be supported by the textbook and 5 scholarly sources (i.e. journal articles). Be careful about using business magazines as they are not peer-reviewed. How you can determine whether an article is a scholarly article is that a scholarly source would have several citations in its reference list, it has at least an author, etc.

You should use the same company for this paper. But if you feel that the first company was not working well, you can change it. If you want to use the same company, please ensure that this paper stands on its own as in it is not a continuation of the other paper. Refer to the rubrics to see what would constitute the maximum point for each aspect. You may use each of these as a level 1 heading (centered, title case, bold). If you have sub-points underneath each of these, use level 2 headings (left aligned, bold, title case).

– What companies have used this technique? Provide examples and in depth explanation of how it has been used by the company. Rubrics said in-depth so that would imply more than Company X, Y and Z have used this management technique.
5) Its applicability to your organization (20 points)
– This section requires application. How does this technique apply to your company?
6) Plan for implementation (20 points)
– This section requires application. How is your company going to implement this technique?

1) Write in third person.
