The topic for your third presentation will be continued from your Week 2Presentation. The management team has given you 4-6 minutes for yourpresentation. The purpose of Presentation 3 is to develop your ability to persuadea companys management team to implement a proposed change.

Your companys management team agrees the issue you presented to themneeds to be addressed. They have assigned you the responsibility to investigateand research the issue and to recommend a solution. The goal for yourpresentation is twofold: to identify and classify the key causes of the issueand to propose specific steps/actions that should be taken to solve/fix theissue, identifying the personnel and materials needed to carry out those steps.Be sure to support your proposed solution with research, examples, graphics, andphotos.
