Unit 3 IPD
You will complete an Individual Project that is divided into a series of deliverables leading to a final paper and presentation. You will select a real-world company with which you have familiarity and interest. Assuming that you are the crisis manager of the company, identify a current or potential crisis situation and develop a Crisis Management Plan (CMP) to either avert (if potential) or manage (if current). The project will culminate into a final paper, which is the crisis management plan and a PowerPoint presentation for the stakeholders. The following are the series of deliverables:
- Phase 1: Topic Proposal
- Phase 2: Annotated Bibliography
- Phase 3: Outline of Crisis Management Plan
- Phase 4: Draft of Crisis Management Plan
- Phase 5: Final Paper and Presentation
Phase 3: Project Outline
Submit an outline for your Crisis Management Plan, including the following sections:
- Table of Contents
- Introductory Statements
- Documentation and Literature Review
- Crisis Management Team
- Stakeholders
- Communications
- References
