The Chakra Quiz

Take the both of the following chakra quizzes by following the attached link below.  In a page or two of writing, talk about your results. I’m not looking for you to pour your heart out here. I recognize that there may be some intimate, personal things that come up to the surface when you are doing some of this psychological work. I have no expectation that you will write about anything super heavy. Of course you can also get as heavy as you please!

Avoid making this assignment a list of things related to each chakra. That is not interesting. Sometimes the best writing I see for this assignment comes out a bit more like storytelling. Ask yourself some questions and explore the answers on paper.

Do you feel the results were accurate?  Even if they were not accurate did you learn something about yourself?  Did the quiz give you the ability to reflect on a part of yourself to which you previously had given little thought?  Any new perspectives gained?

Minimum 400 words.  No references required.
