Your paper must include the following, typed and double-spaced.It should be no fewer than 750 words. Number your pages and indicate the word count in the end of thepaper:1) Your name, the date, and the location of your service learning at the top of the 1st page.2) Summary/description of the agency/organizations mission and/or objectives (include a reference to awebsite or pamphlet).3) Describe the tasks you performed as part of your volunteer hours. Be specific enough that its clear youactually performed these tasks. You should connect these to the objectives of the course/healtheducation.4) Reflection regarding your experience as a volunteer (what was valuable and why/how?) and howthe responsibilities and competencies of a health education specialist have been addressed.
