- PART 1: Describe your initial response to the video. How do you feel about the way the subject(s) were treated in the research studies? What role did the nurse play in this situation? How will this video influence your role as a nurse researcher?
- PART 2: In 1978, The Belmont Report provided the basis for ethical research including the principles of beneficence, justice, and respect for human dignity. Discuss each of these three principles and provide specific examples of how these principles were protected or disregarded in the video.
