Make a title

 The learning journal is the place where individuals write about specific topics which are covered in the course, to show their depth of knowledge of the topic. Do not summarize articles, but focus on the issues that have been raised in course content and apply them to the documentary provided. Journals must be typed, double-spaced, approximately 5-6 pages long. They may include your reactions, but must primarily be about the issues themselves. This assignment is on the last day of class.”

Format: 

• At your discretion, use the most appropriate formatting (i.e., essay, journal for each topic, etc.)
• Free to use subheadings as needed, but not required 
• Use full sentences – no bullet points allowed
• Proper citation with reference pages ** include all sources including textbook, documentary, external sources
• You can choose to use title page regardless of the citation style to include your information (i.e., your name, student number, course number, etc.)
• Page limit does not include title and/or reference page 

Keep in mind:

• You do not need to necessarily include everything that was talked about in the course, but select concept(s)/theory that you think is most appropriate
• However, do be mindful that you do need to make a critical connection as well as application of these ideas to the segments of the documentary
