Individual Presentation Guidelines

The presentation should reflect the content and organization of your research paper draft: an introduction with thesis, 4 to 6 main points discussing source information used for support, and then a conclusion. You must use at least one visual aid, such as a table, chart, graphs, pie charts, 2-3 min video, etc.

Do not read your paper. Simply paraphrase the content in an organized and coherent manner. A significant portion of the presentation content should be a detailed discussion of sources used in the body paragraphs, such as the publication information, expertise of the authors, and the strength of the evidence used.

You may use note cards or a one page outline. You should use a PowerPoint or Prezi presentation that present a cover page slide, introductory slide, 4-6 slides for the main points, a concluding slide and finish with the Works Cited/Reference page.
