For this discussion, think about a potential health information project of interest to you or one you read about. It has to be a health information project that was developed since 2019 and involved a health system in New York, New Jersey, Texas, or California We want to think about some of the different elements and important factors. For this discussion, please address the following:

1. What are the gaps identified in the project?
2. What factors would prevent the project team from addressing all gaps for the project (i.e. bandwidth, resources, time, expertise)?
