Final Internship Report
The Final Report assignment represents the culmination of the student’s experience and is designed as a summary and analysis of the programming efforts. In particular, the Final Report will include the following information: cover page, table of contents, background information, program overview, and the selection of the program.
Final Report Assignment Overview
The body of the Final Report should be typed, double-spaced, and signed by the student and the Agency Supervisor. Students are encouraged to attach a program blueprint to this report.
The Final Report should use the headings outlined on the next page. Students should attempt to address all questions whether the student was actively involved in the area or not. When writing this report, students should consider whether someone could pick up the report and run the program from it. In particular, students should include contacts, activity plans, flow charts, site layouts, etc. in the Final Report.
