You are a Vice President of Marketing for a major food distribution company. As a leader, it is your job to find the best candidate to fill the role of Customer Service Manager.

• Will you require prior management experience as a pre-requisite to fill the Customer Service Manager position? Why? Why not?

2. In your role as a Vice President of Marketing, you must participate in the indoctrination experience of new employees during the onboarding process. One of your essential tasks is to present features and benefits of the organizational identity (values, philosophy, cultural nuances, etc) to the new employees.
