   1. Your readings for this week lay out the visions that three different groups of Americans had for Reconstruction:  former Confederates, moderate Northerners such as Johnson, and Radical Republicans such as Stevens and the supporters of the CRA 1866. 

Using these documents as evidence, write a 3-4 paragraph analysis of how these competing visions shaped Reconstruction.  You can address issues such as the incompatibility of these visions creating a challenge; logistics and challenges in implementing these visions; ideologies that shaped these visions; etc.
