• All Rehabilitation Phases should be outlined to include at minimum:
◦ Timeline of each phase, Stages of Tissue healing,
◦ Tissue healing activities (from our injured tissue chart previous collaborative assignment)
◦ Goals, Guidelines, Precautions,
◦ Modalities (at least 1-2 per phase) with their purpose and description of why.
◦ Exercise Descriptions, Purpose of each exercise, Progressions.
▪ Think about Exercises that include: stretching, increasing range of motion, joint mobilization, PNF pattern strengthening, other types of strengthening, proprioception, plyometrics, functional and sport specific where applicable. Whichever ones apply to your topic must be included not necessarily all.
