• How might you integrate Enneagram wisdom with your followers, teams, and organizations?
• What advice would you give leaders to best leverage their personality Type to build strong relationships with their followers?
• What advice would you give followers to build strong relationships with Type of leader they follow?

Part C:

In this final section of the paper, and in 250-500 words, your concluding reflections should answer this question:

• Utilizing your HBR, Emotional Intelligence, and Enneagram knowledge, in what other ways will you continue to develop leader/follower social awareness and leader/follower relationship management from a psychological, emotional, and developmental perspective?
