Job analysis
Cascio and Aguinis (2011) text covers job analysis methods. As they inform us, job analysis involves defining a job along with all the tasks required to successfully perform that job, outlining the specific employee behaviors that are necessary to perform those tasks, and then developing hypotheses about any other personal characteristics that would also be necessary to effectively accomplish the given position (Cascio & Aguinis, 2011).
Several different types of job analyses are outlined in your text (direct observation, SME panels, interviews, PAQ, F-JAS, etc).
Choose two types of job analysis that you feel are beneficial in forming a job description and cover some pros and cons of each method.
