This assignment contains TWO parts:
1. Describe a feasible event design (eg. layout, concept, and show flow) that incorporates a minimum of 10 required event elements. Explain how each event element in the design helps achieve the client’s goals and objectives. An example of some event elements include the venue and site services, movement of attendees, selecting and contracting speakers, protocol or ceremonial processes that might need to be followed, program content & delivery formats, food & beverage, the event environment, technical production, etc.

2. Discuss how technology is changing the way attendees experience events. In your opinion is this good or bad? As a planner, how can you effectively incorporate current technologies into your event while not distracting from the purpose of the event?
