The written evidence is suppose to have much details. The use of bullet points and short paragraphs for responses to assessment criteria are not appropriate for a Level 5 qualification. 

References should also not included within some assessment criteria. 

The use of references should be visible throughout the learner evidence. 

The observations should include dates, how many learners were taught, or the specific assessment criteria covered by the observations. ”
