You will then assess a community of interest and develop an action plan to address an unmet public health teaching need. Then you will present a public health action plan, with the developed campaign, for a community of interest based upon the results of their “Community Health Assessment.”   

This presentation will include:

· Background and Introduction

· Assessment of Community-based upon primary and secondary Data Analysis

· Problem Statement

· Goals and objectives for public health teaching/action plan
