Explain the importance of quality management and apply statistical quality control techniques.

Answer the following questions:

1. Identify a company or organization from which you have received high-quality products and describe the characteristics which make it high quality.
2. Identify a company or organization from which you have received poor quality products or services, describe the nature of the defects, and suggest ways in which Six Sigma might improve the quality.
   Grading Criteria

This is an essay assignment. Please include a title page, introduction, conclusion, and references. Provide sufficient background information, and clearly explain your responses to each question. Excluding your title page, introduction, conclusion, and reference pages, this assignment should be 2-3 pages.
