A Problem or a Crisis?

In this week’s discussion, we are going to differentiate between a problem and a crisis. Table 8-3 in your textbook will help you with this discussion. For this purpose, examine a project that you are familiar with and consider one of the metrics/KPIs used to find something that is either a problem or crisis.

We are going to be divided into two groups The members of Group 1 add an initial post to provide an example of a problem and the members of Group 2 add an initial post to provide an example of a crisis. Include examples from your experience and discuss with a project manager or a practitioner to find examples of both in practice. Share your findings with the class and explain your reasoning. Make sure to check through the week to respond to those students who responded to your post.
