Many intelligent people and healthy work culture

Employee base grows and shrinks depending on the market and so there are unfortunate lay-off cycles at times

Cycle employees to different positions every few years giving diverse skill sets in multiple areas of work

Communication with colleagues was difficult due to members composing teams were located in different continents

Difficult to schedule meetings with everyone present at reasonable times

Great benefits but due to the size, very bureaucratic

Led to some managers remarking that it took too long to get some tasks done when dealing with the company internally

Nordstrom (didn't have many reviews from GSC area so did amazon as well)
