 The final paper should be between ten and twelve pages in length, typed, Times New Roman, twelve-point font with one-inch margins.

 Included in the paper should be at least three to four pages devoted to the description of the company, organizational structure, the products, customers, etc. 

 You should also include assumptions regarding financial statement content (approximately 2 pages but no more than 4 pages) 

 The last piece is your financial statements which include Pro-forma: 

 o Sales forecast o Income Statement – monthly for the first year. 

 o Income Statement – yearly for the first three years.

 o Balance Sheet – At the end of your first fiscal year.

 o Statement of Cash Flows – monthly for the first year
