For this assignment, you will use the aforementioned chapters to write a seven-page paper discussing how you handle stress and at least one theoretical concept dealing with stress. The theoretical concept you will select will be one with which you can personally identify. 

Be sure to support and justify your positions and conclusions with references to relevant library resources. All written assignments should follow APA requirements.

The inclusion of the textbook and one outside references (a total of two), retrieved from the university library, is required for the completion of this paper.
