For this assignment, you will create company guidelines for the recruitment and retention of individuals from underrepresented groups. This assignment will allow you to research how to effectively change and update the practices that need to be in place to ensure the inclusion of underrepresented groups within an organization 

 Your submission should provide specific guidelines for recruitment and retention and explain how these guidelines will appeal to the perspective of a diverse workforce.
