For this week, you will be researching and writing an APA essay and submitting it to the assignment drop box and the Citation Report drop box. For you to be successful, you’ll need to:

• Get comfortable with the GCU Libraryearly on this week. You need 5 scholarly journal references to support the pros, cons and needed changes in your essay.
• Write an organizedresearch essay with Introduction, content paragraphs, and a conclusion (USE THE ATTACHED TEMPLATE BELOW).
• Use APA style in text and reference page citations: http://libguides.gcu.edu/CitingSources/APA
• View the rubricwithin the assignment details section. Click the “View Rubric” icon in the top right hand corner of the details.
• Submit to and view the LopesWrite report prior to clicking the final submit button. This way, you can check your final product and/or fix any citation omissions that might occur. Thesimilarity % plus quoted materials % must be below 20%. Assignments with high % will be subject to reassignments and/or penalties.
• Plan ahead to give yourself time to do all of this prior to the due date. This essay is due on Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. but it is much better to submit it early.
