Review the results of the Strategic Global Climate Scale (SGCS) assessment and reflect on the relative strengths and growth opportunities for your organization. Determine how ready your organization is to work with international partners. Some starter questions might be:

What SGCS dimensions could your organization do better on? Why do you think your organization is not strong in these areas? What might be some of the consequences of these performance gaps in a global setting?
What would it take to make a significant improvement in your organization’s SGCS scores?
What would be the first area that you would choose to improve? Why? What might be your first steps to make that improvement? What resources might you need to make that improvement?
