The identification and a brief description of the subject of the Final Project Case Study must be submitted for approval by the end of Week 4. This notification must be made using the classroom Assignments Folder for the project marked “Final Project Selection Approval” by the listed due date. Before commencing any work on the Final Project, student-consultants must upload and submit a file containing the following information: 1) name of the organization selected; 2) location (address); and 3) name and title of the site point of contact, if one is established. The instructor will acknowledge and approve (or disapprove with comments) your selection.
There is no grade for this assignment but prior approval is REQUIRED or the Final Project may not be graded.

Student-consultants will use this comprehensive document to collect information, document research, and record observations to be used in writing the actual “Risk Assessment/Security and Safety Plan.” As separate documents, the “Risk Assessment/Security and Safety Planning Instrument” and the “Risk Assessment/Security and Safety Plan” must submitted by the due date listed for the Final Project.
