This discussion forum assignment is meant for you and your classmates to further the discussions on the many modern social issues we will learn about in this course. This is also meant for you to be able to apply these concepts and themes to real-world scenarios, even personal ones.
For this first assignment, post an initial discussion thread that answers the following:
Pick a concept or theme that has been discussed so far in this course (from Weeks 1 & 2) and write about your own personal experience with some of these issues. If you cannot think of an experience of your own, write about someone else’s or try to apply the concept/theme to a potential real-world scenario.
Make your post at least 12-14 sentences long (please make this a substantial answer. Anything less than 12-14 sentences will have points deducted)
Include at least 1-2 sources in your answer & make sure to cite your source(s) using APA format (this includes in-text citations and citing your source at the end in a reference list).
