Identify what organizational leadership is doing

Produce an analysis and evaluation of the role that diversity plays in the field of public administration, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The analysis and evaluation must contain each of the following elements:

• Explain and evaluate the concept of diversity, and then analyze the role that it plays in the field of public administration.

• Examine The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in order to identify what role diversity plays in that organization.

• Analyze the value that can be added to FEMA through enhanced efforts at improving diversity.

• Identify what organizational leadership is doing, or should be doing, to apply principles of leadership and improve the governance of the organization or agency and public policy through an enhancement of diversity within FEMA
