• Identify and describe your personal professional goals and objectives within the parameters of the field education experience.

• Explain how your personal professional goals and objectives that you identified might be reflected in your agency learning agreement. (Read a bit from the note!!! Section)

Please indicate I do my internship in an agency called (UMBRELLA THERAPEUTIC SERVICES IN WASHINGTON DC) where we render services such as diagnose and treat clients with mental health issues, Bipolar depression, Schizophrenia, GAD, mania, etc) and also assist or link the clients with resources to provide housing and other psychosocial and physical needs. You can Google all about social work in the foundation year. (E.g We ask that our foundation level students engage in direct, in-person, client work. Tasks should focus on assisting students in developing their knowledge, professionalism, and application of theory to practice.
