Program Categories

A. Club of the Future Category Options.: Develop at least four (4) new program category. Program category concepts are defined and include clubhouse (facilities, amenities, technology, demographics changes and issues); youth programs (activities, personnel, social media, and technology); sports management (facilities, rules, sports offered, technology and virtual participation); menu planning (format, cost, allergies and food types) and human resources (staff, scheduling, record keeping, team building). SPECIAL NOTE – will need to review guidelines from CMAA as these categories may change for CMAA World Conference 2017. Look for these categories and guidelines at CMAA web site. Indicate the categories selected here and why these are important.

B. Category Option Defense.: Defend the category option selected and why this one is important…. indicating possible and potential implications of the importance of this particular category.

C. Category Option Selection. After all categories are reviewed and fully discussed, the group should collectively decide which option should be fully pursued and presented within the context of the project and the guidelines presented. Defend and explain why these trend categories are most important and why these topical areas were selected and presented as central to the “club of the future” project.
