Discuss threats in a very general sense

There will always be a need to protect U.S. Government Facilities. Discuss the challenges related to building or retrofitting a facility for U.S. Government usage domestically or overseas (pick one). Write your submission as if you are advising another (new) security manager on the pros and cons of new construction vs. using existing facilities. Discuss threats in a very general sense when its needed to explain design and construction requirements. (Students are strongly recommended to submit their work to the Inside Homeland Security magazine by following the requirements listed at http://www.abchs.com/ihs/ihs_submission.php.)

•Provide evidence from the weekly readings to support your arguments via APA parenthetical citations.

•Other sources (if used at all) must be subordinate to your understanding of the readings presented in the class.
