Criteria for eligibility in an adult mental health court typically include assessments of mental health status, public safety, treatment capacity in the local community, and linkage between the diagnosed mental illness and the offending behavior. In this activity, you will apply what you have learned in this module to the case study of Mr. Jack Hanson.
