When you see a memo or email full of typos, poor grammar, or incomplete sentences, how do you react? Does it affect your perception of the Sender? Why or why not?

When I see a memo or email full of typos, poor grammar, or incomplete sentences, I become angry and irritated. Yes, it definitely affects my perception of the sender as I tend to believe that the sender is careless and don’t care about the impression that his or her work will have on others. There are several ways of correcting grammatical errors before sending memos or emails; such as using spelling & grammar check in MS Word, using an online website where grammar check can be done free of cost or just using a plain old dictionary. If someone is not confident of their grammar, they can use one of several grammar check sources to check for typos, poor grammar, or incomplete sentences in their memos and emails before sending them out. This proves the insensitivity and casual attitude of the sender. It is expected that an email should be written in a good form, and their personality shows by the way, they write the memo or email.
