Be sure to include some issues relevant to families (ie. gay/lesbian member, disabilities, learning disabilities, addiction issue (alcohol, drugs, gambling, shopping, etc.), external or problematic relationship, involvement in crime or a victim of crime, domestic violence, etc.) so they are realistic families and not just “vanilla ice cream.”
