• There is a great deal of scholarly research and literature published on the topic of ethical decision making. Research and find a scholarly article in your current/anticipated professional field which focuses on ethical decision making. For example, search on the terms “ethical decision making nursing”; “ethical decision making accountants”; or “ethical decision making school principals.” Summarize the article and relate it to how leaders will take this information and apply it professionally.

• Identify the steps leaders take to enhance ethical choices, especially during times of a crisis, based on material from your readings this week.

• Select any case study from  "Meeting the Ethical Challenges of Leadership: Casting Light or Shadow" , Johnson (2013) . Review the case study from the lens of each ethical viewpoint.
