· One-inch margins at the top, right and bottom.

· Current APA 7 format.

· Numbered pages.

· Minimum of 10 scholarly articles from peer-reviewed journals fewer than 10 yrs old (Annotated Bib+2-3 additional).

· Show block quotations for more than 40 words.
