Quality Accreditation Evaluation

Here at Capella University, we have the following quality accreditations:

• Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
• Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
• Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Using the Capella library, research two of the four accreditations and conduct an evaluation that includes:

• Description of the accreditation.
• Application of the accreditation to the quality discipline.
• Benefits and value of an accreditation to the institute.
• Benefits and value of an accreditation to the learner.

Include this evaluation in the Project Lessons Learned and Reflection – Quality Accreditation Evaluation section of the Project Management Plan Template.

Project Management Plan

Create a final version of your project management plan and your final project schedule in Microsoft Project, after incorporating any changes required after receiving instructor feedback. Your final plan should be in the following format.
