Term Paper Overview
This course requires a 10-page written, APA style-formatted, term paper to be submitted during Module 8 (Week 8) on a topic associated with course content and objectives. Graded preparation activities to support the development of the term paper are scheduled throughout the course leading up to the final draft submission in Module 8:

For the final draft of your term paper, the written assignment paper formatting requirements are: Times New Roman, 12pt, double-spaced. Include a title page containing the activity title and your name. All sources should be cited using the American Psychological Association (APA) (Links to an external site.) style and format. Papers must be grammatically sound and free of spelling errors. See the Resources area for helpful writing skills websites. In this discussion activity, address the following:
Do some thinking “aloud” about your term paper for this course. What would you like to research and write about? What topics would you like to learn more about? Write a brief essay about your thoughts and provide at least two related Web site URLs.
As with other discussions, you must reply to at least two of your fellow students. In your replies, include at least one or more resources (Web site, news article, journal reference, etc.) related to their topic(s) under consideration.
The ideal original, primary posting should be approximately 200 words. In addition, you must also respond to at least two of your fellow students’ posts with substantive replies.
This activity is worth 25 points: 15 points for your original primary posting, and 5 points for each of your two required replies.
