 The discussion will focus on the organization in which you have an internship.  The paper should cover the following elements:

1. The mission of organization (Dental Office)
2. The impact of organization on the industry (Dental Office)
3. How the organization has changed in the past three years(Dental Office from one branch to five)
4. Identify the basic management structure of organization(Dental Office)
5. Identify how your internship fits into the organization structure.( assistant manager)

This week the participants will be roleplaying an informational interview or networking encounter.   You will need to identify a person within your company that you intend to speak. Then create a preparation plan.   Include the following elements:

1.  How will you initiate the contact with this person? Where will you meet?  Write out an email that you intend to send to someone within your company inviting them to an informational interview.

2.  How will you prepare for the informational interview?  What questions will you ask them?  What follow-up questions will you ask ?(review resume, etc.)  These questions will be the basis for your mock interviews. 

3.  Prepare a thank you note to send to your mock interviewee for their time and interest in your career.
