This will address meaning-making in communication. In an email society, the utilization of emails can hurt us when it comes to meaning-making in communication. So, I am offering an opportunity for you to discuss emotional intelligence as it is a soft skill that is very necessary for diversity and inclusion and having appropriate communication with me. Emotional intelligence applies to both face to face and cyberspace communication.
