Patient Interview
During the patient interview process, the following three questions will be asked to the 69-year-old man:

- Have you had trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, or have you been sleeping too much over the last couple of months?
- Have you had a feeling that you energy levels are too low or have you been feeling tired lately?
Those questions will be presented to the patient and are part of the Patient Health Questionnaire-9. According to studies, the questions from the PHQ-9 forms are imperative in cases where depression is suspected. Consequently, such questions will be utilized in making an objective decision concerning the degree of severity from the presented depression case.
