Primary Task Response: Within the Discussion Board area, write 400–600 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.  The chief executive officer (CEO) of Silver Creek Hospital (SCH), Natasha Beranger, wants to ensure that all of her staff members know the importance of ethics. She has asked you, a member of SCH’s ethics committee, to describe and define ethics. Additionally, Ms. Beranger wants you to define and discuss 1 of the principles of ethics (e.g., autonomy, justice, nonmaleficence, beneficence) and describe a situation in a health care setting that will challenge that principle.
