However as you are a student nurse all you can do is advised the registered nurse in charge of Mario. The registered nurse states that as the doctor has not written up (charted)the application of olive oil for Mario therefore it should not be applied. She further states that as the bottle isnt labelled it could be anything and if in fact it is olive oil it will create a falls risk to her patient who is frail and a two (2) assist for mobility.
