This weeks topic for discussion #1 is centered around the issues within the nursing workforce/workplace. Though issues abound, we will stick to two of the most debated issues: (Senate groups – topic #1 and House groups – topic #2): 1) Implementing planned change in the workplace, decision to unionize or seek Magnet status.
