Describe the main facts given in the case study (if given) : (25 points)>> The general information (General (GEN) (history, actors/protagonists, etc.)>> Describe the information given about the Industry (IND)>> Describe the information given about the Competition (COM)>> Describe the Strengths (STR) and Weakness (WEA) of the business>>2. Present what is the main issue/problem/decision/ evaluation that the case study is built on (25 points)>>3. Answer the questions if given. If not, provide couple of alternatives to the main issue/problem/decision/ evaluation of the case study. (25 points)>>4. Then choose which alternative is the best in your opinion and support/justify it (Why) and describe how it can be implemented (by mentioning the risks too).
