For this project you will be working as a team to build a human resource staffing and compensation plan. The project will consist of a paper containing five sections as outlined below, plus a references section. The body of the paper, excluding the cover page, abstract, and references, may not exceed 10 pages. While much of the content of this paper will depend on your own interpretation of the course material and application of HR best practices, you do need to provide appropriate support for certain areas. Content that requires external data, things like compensation, training approaches selected for certain fields, and other data-driven decisions must be supported with citations from appropriate sources.
