1.Build a Decision Tree about research methods in general and what research methods will enable you to collect the data that you need to answer to your research question (research topic and question, etc. can be found in the attached file)2. Based on the four paradigms that are currently guiding research in management and business, write a short paper that reflects your own ideas regarding where you stand in terms of the options for paradigms of research. Discuss your position in terms of the axiological, ontological, epistemological, and methodological assumptions of each paradigm.
