Students are required to read and analyze three case studies. Each case study is worth 50 points. The goal of these case studies is to give students an opportunity to think like a marketing manager and apply conceptual/theoretical marketing knowledge to solve problems/issues described in a case.A thorough case analysis consists of (1) identification of the main issues discussed in the case, (2) identification of the possible solutions to the issues identified, (3) selecting one of the possible solutions identified and describing how to implement that solution, and (4) describing the expected outcomes of implementing the proposed solution. (5) Students should refer to marketing concepts learned from course readings or external reputable sources while analyzing the cases. Students should refer to the case analysis rubric for further details.The main body of a case analyses should not be shorter than five pages (double spaced, Times New Roman, 12 font size). Case analyses should be written in APA style. Turnitin will be used to evaluate originality of student case analyses. Case analyses must not exceed 20% similarity threshold. Students can ensure their submitted work does not exceed this threshold by revising and resubmitting their assignments prior to the deadline.
