Since I have recently transitioned to a new contract thatfocuses on translating technical procedures and verbiage into policies, Ibelieve that this would be a great chance for me to experience thetechnical side of cybersecurity and be hands-on. By understanding howoffensive cybersecurity works, I can understand how securityvulnerabilities are exploited and what exactly is necessary to preventattacks from affecting information systems and their components. Thereare several villages that offer different technical projects,challenges, and competitions that attendees can participate in. Since Iam a hands-on learner, I would highly appreciate the opportunity toattend the CypherCon 5.0 in Wisconsin on May 2nd and May 3rd. As for departure, I will be leaving Milwaukee on May 4th. The cost for a roundtrip flight is $183.39.Hotel: Iwill be staying at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center located at 509 W.Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53203, USA for three nights.
